Seasons and minimum stays:

• High Season: National Bridges, Christmas (minimum 3 nights), Holy Week (minimum 5 nights), July and August (Minimum 6 nights).
• Middle Season: From April 1 to June 30 and September (from June 15 to 30 and September 1 to September 30, minimum 6 nights) and weekends.
• Rest of the year: Minimum 2 nights.

House hours:

• Arrival time: between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
• Departure time: at 12:000

Weekends:

Conditions for booking the stay:

• The confirmation of the reservation will be made through an entry in an account number of 50% of the total amount of the stay.
• This amount must be made within 4 days after the telephone or electronic confirmation, between the client and the owner.
• Afterwards, the client will receive an email confirming the income received and the days in which he has the house.
• In case of cancellation, the advance amount will be refunded under the following conditions:
  • Cancellation with more than 1 month in advance: refund of the total amount paid in advance.
  • Cancellation with less than 1 month and before 1 week in advance: reimbursement of 50% of the advance.
  • Cancellation with less than 1 week in advance: no amount is returned.
